The shop has been busy, so this post is a little late, but I still wanted to get it up.
Our cylinder head machine shop is (and has been for some time now) fully up and running and ready to take in work. We are no longer at the mercy of outside shops to get our cylinder heads rebuilt and repaired. This translates to faster turnaround time for our customers that bring their bikes to us, and also a local option for other shops and individuals in the area to get this type of work done.
We specialize in rebuilding cylinder heads for motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, and other metric engines. Not all machine shops can properly handle cylinder heads that have very small valve stem and valve guides. It takes specific equipment to properly and accurately machine these heads. All of the equipment we purchased and installed in our shop is specifically designed to work on these types of heads. We provide the highest precision machining and top-quality repair so our customers can be confident the job is done right and will be reliable.
